Consultation Skills Course for Trainers

16 Credit Hours

Special course for physicians with great interest in consultation skills training. This course is based on the previous consultation course for physicians. It concentrates on the principles and skills of traditional and untraditional educational methods and their application in consultation skills training 

Who can attend?

* Physicians who attended Consultation Skills Course for Physicians

* Physicians interested in training of consultation skills

  

Prerequisites:

* Preparation of a short lecture (10 minutes) in any issue in consultation skills

* Preparation of one relevant educational game

* Preparation of one exercise for group discussion

* Preparation of one suitable method of ice breaker

This preparation will help participants to practice during the course and to take feedback about their preparation and performance

The main aim of this consultation skills course for trainers is to to  cooperate together to find out, to discuss, to agree and to           practice suitable educational methods & techniques, in order to         apply them in consultation skills training for medical students,      practicing health care team in primary health care and practicing       health care teams in hospital, and to help trainees to transfer         training to their practice

At first day of the course each participant will be given 15 minutes to present his\her topic and an other 15 minutes for feedback
